Virtual ASPHO 5K Run/Walk Race Description
ASPHO’s first virtual 5K Fun Run/Walk is a new twist on the popular annual event from the ASPHO Conference. Taking place from October 16-20, the virtual 5K Fun Run/Walk will take place in your backyard/neighborhood/park or your favorite other 3.1 mile route.
Participants will be asked to provide their times, and the top 2 men and top 2 women will receive prizes and will be recognized at a Wellness Week webinar.
As with all ASPHO 5ks, all participants will receive a t-shirt from the virtual run as a memento from the event and will have the chance to engage in a relaxing and fun opportunity to enhance their well-being during these challenging times.
