Triple Threat- Run/Obstacle Event Race Description
Fun Run/Bike/Walk with obstacles. 2.9 miles distance total, with 2 obstacle stations. In true TREADS GYM fashion, we don't just want to do cardio- We want to do something fun! Participants are able to ride a bike, walk, or run to 2 different park locations where there will be a fun obstacle to do before returning to TREAD'S GYM for a final challenge. $15 without shirt, $25 with Shirt. This is a event for FUN! We will have a running clock but is more about participation rather than finish time. There will be modifications for any obstacle that participants of any age/fitness level will be able to perform. Each participant will be required to sign a waiver. This is not a closed course, and all traffic and pedestrian safety laws must be obeyed.
