Trinity Free Clinic 5K

The annual Trinity Free Clinic Run for Wellness is a family-friendly race with a competitive edge! Enjoy disposable chip timing, indoor waiting, tech shirt, custom finisher medal, generous post-race breakfast, age-group prizes, and more in a festival atmosphere that welcomes runners of all ages and abilities. Choose from our flat, fast 5K road course through the Village of Mt. Carmel neighborhood or tour portions of the beautiful, fully paved Monon Trail with a loop around the pond at Meadowlark Park on our 10K course. Long-distance runners will enjoy running both courses for our 15K challenge. Count on a great run on a beautiful October morning, whether you are looking to set a personal best or do a training run for a fall half or full marathon. The Run for Wellness also features a number of family activities that makes this a great race for families and spectators as well. Proceeds benefit Trinity Free Clinic and will fund free medical and dental care for vulnerable families in Hamilton County, Indiana.
