Help us raise awareness of flu sepsis by joining the first annual Super Hero Run! Show off your super hero skills by walking or running your own route anytime over the weekend. Post your pics and times on the website. There will be a photo contest the following weekend and the lucky winner will receive a free t-shirt! The run is free to join but donations are welcome. In addition to raising awareness, we have been busy during these trying times helping with food distribution and protecting the homeless in our community. Please visit our website for more information on the foundation, to register for the 5K, and to donate. Just write 5K into the notes section with your donation. Any donations over $50 will receive a free t-shirt.
