Summer Running Session 1 Race Description
Classes will be held at our Kenosha Running Store location (1706 22nd Ave Kenosha, WI) for runners of all abilities. ages 7 to 13.
The class will start on June 21st and take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:45 to 11:00 a.m. for 10 total sessions. The focus will be on dynamic warm-up, running, agility, and core development. Participants should be dressed to run in all weather conditions and bring a water bottle.
The fee for the ten classes is $75.00. Sign-up will end the morning of June 21st.
Sessions will be overseen by:
Brian Thomas - The owner of Kenosha Running Company, Christian Life HS Cross Country and Track Coach, and a veteran runner on the track, roads, and trails.
Small group or personal training available for youth athletes 14 and older.
