Samford Zombie Fun Run Race Description
The AMCP Chapter at the McWhorter School of Pharmacy is proud to present its Inaugural Zombie Fun Run!
Join us Friday November 1st at 6:30pm for a chilling race course through twists, turns, and plenty of zombies. Run quickly as you try to escape the zombies attempting to pull your flags off your belt. Will you make it to the finish line as a survivor? Or will you become a zombie too?
Where? Samford University
Race will begin at Propst Hall and finish at the bottom parking deck of the College of Health Sciences.
When? Friday November 1st. Packet pickup & day of registration will be available at 6:00pm. Race will begin at 6:45pm.
What does it support? This race will be supporting Samford McWhorter School of Pharmacy's chapter of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.
What does my entry fee get me? Each mortal will be fitted with a belt of flags to race with. All mortals registered by October 15th will be guaranteed to receive a commemorative Zombie T-Shirt. Light refreshments will be provided post race.
While our students will be dressed as zombies, they will not be allowed to touch, push, or shove any racers on the course. Zombies will only be allowed to reach for flags on each racers belt. This event is designed to be family friendly, but runners under age 12 are encouraged to run with an adult.
Registration information will be released by 09/26/19!
