Relay for Alzheimer's

Relay for Alzheimer's is a run/walk used to help spread the awareness of this horrible disease, along with raising money for the studies to find a cure. Please join us October 4th wherever you are by running/walking in honor of those who are/have faught Alzheimer's.

I am taking the Walk to End Alzheimer's, because my father was diagnosed in 2011 and I have seen first hand how horrible this disease is. Not only for the patient, but for the family as well. Imagine having a regular conversation with your parent one day, and the next they can barely speak a simple sentence. My father just turned 59 this year and with him being so young, I learned that you truly never know what life has in store for you and you should live your life to the fullest. Please help us raise awareness, whether you would like to donate or join our team to do the walk.

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
