Reach Out 5k Run/Walk Race Description
The Reach Out 5k Run/Walk is an effort to promote Suicide Prevention and Raise Awareness of suicide and mental health in the Rexburg, Idaho community. This run is to bring the community together to show support for those who are struggling with suicidal ideations or who have lost someone to suicide, and also bring community resources into the same space so the people of Rexburg can see what resources are available for help and treatment. We want the community to know who to reach out to when they are struggling and for friends and family members of those struggling to know what is available to help those they love through the dark sides of suicide and mental health. This race will follow the Teton Dam Marathon 5k course in Rexburg, Idaho.
