Tailwinds Across America is a Duathlon and Triathlon to support Tailwinds of Hope.
Duathlon- 1 Mile Run, 20 Mile Bike, 5 Mile Run
Triathlon- 750m Swim, 20 Mile Bike, 5 Mile Run
Both events can be done either outside with your own route or can be done inside on treadmil and bicycle trainer.
