VIRTUAL Scandinavian Fun Run

5K, 10K, and Half Marathon Virtual Races

Welcome to Ephraim City's Scandinavian Summer Races. This year, we will be hosting virtual races, which means you decide when and where you run. You keep track of your distance and time, complete the race distance, send us your proof, and get a prize! Here is how it all works:

1. Register and sign up for the race you would like to participate in.
2. Download an app that will track your time and distance (Strava, Run Tracker, Runkeeper, are free)
3. Pick a place where you would like to run. Turn on the app and begin tracking your race.
4. Once you have run the correct distance, take a screenshot showing the distance and the time it took you to complete the race.
5. Send a picture of the screenshot and pictures you took while on your race to michael.patton@ephraimcity.org.
6. Sit back and relax while your prize gets ready to be sent to you!

Registration is $10.00 if you would like to pick up your prize at Ephraim City Hall located at 5 South Main Street, Ephraim, Utah. Registration is $20.00 if you would prefer your prize be shipped to you. Registration will be open until July 31, 2020. This year's prize is a limited edition Scandinavian Festival Neck Gaiter!
