When was the last time you took a run on the wild side? Well here is your chance! Running on the Wild Side is a 10K off road run. The course will take you around the beautiful Eureka City Lake located in Greenwood County, Kansas.The course is mostly on gravel, some dirt and grass a long the way. With water stations a long the way for hydration and any emergency's.
If you are looking to take that next step in your running career, this is the run for you. "Running on the Wild Side 10K" will allow you to test yourself at that next level. This run also gives you the chance to bring family and friends for a spring day at the lake. If you are a die hard runner this race is for you as well. It will give you a chance to knock off some of those cobwebs that you may have accumulated over the winter. For those that never stopped running all I can say is, "Let's go Running on the Wild Side, 10K style."
To make this running event more challenging if you want, you can create a team. You can have a team that consist of either a 2 or 4 people. In order to PLACE each team member *MUST FINISH* within 15 seconds of the entire team. All will be timed, however you won't be able to place. Each team can be made up of males, females or both from ages 12 and up. It is Our goal to see as many people will experience the fun and positive power of running together.
