Run for the Roses Race Description

THE "LADIES FIRST" RACE YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS!

Ladies start at 10:00am   - Men start at 10:03pm

Catch us if you can boys………

  • All proceeds will be donated to Sandusky County Cancer Care Fund

  • “Soft Style” race shirts to pre-registered participants only

  • Kids LOOP Race - $5.00 donation to participate (awards for all participants)

  • Kids “LOOP” Race will take place after the 5K (prior to 5K awards)

  • Start and finish at Misty Meadows/ Camp Fire 2100 Baker Rd, Fremont, Ohio 43420.  Accurate, fast, and flat course.  (Semi- closed course.)

  • Race day registration will begin at 9:00 am until 15 minutes before the start of the race.

  • Awards: (Not all awards are listed below; some will be surprise on race day.)

    • Overall male and female Runner finisher       AND      Overall Masters male and female Runner finisher

    • Top 3 finishers for Clydesdale (205lb+)and Athena (160lb+) division (must specify on entry form, entrants will not be eligible for age group awards if entered in these divisions)

  • Age Groups (Male/Female combined) 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.   Awards will be SIX deep.

  • Ladies get a 3 minute head start.  Men and Women scored together in respective age groups.

  • All finishers receive raffle ticket for fabulous prizes from our many gracious donors.

  • No dogs or other pets permitted on course during race and the use of headphones is discouraged.
