Loch Lothian 5K and 10K Race Description
The Loch Lothian 5K course will take you though some incredible scenery right in the heart of Midlothian. The course begins and ends at Midlothian Middle school and runners will run on roads, sidewalks, paths, bridges, and trails in a unique and varied course. Along the way runners will be exposed to scenery including Loch Lothian, the Midlothian Mines ruins, replica mining headstock, and miles of trails. This race benefits the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, which is a donation-supported organization that cares for wounded service members and the families of wounded and killed service members.
