April Phools - Reverse Tri

PHAST stands for Promoting Health And Service Together. We use events such as our Sprint PHAST Triathlon, Junior PHAST Triathlon, and PHAST 5K's as magnets to gather together hundreds of people that care about both Health and Service. We take athletes and challenge them to run a race that requires them to serve others as part of the race, and actually DURING the race. The amount spent helping another is just as important if not more so than your finishing time. Infact, we reward you with a time deduction for each completed service project. The more you serve, the faster your time. We believe that nobody is ever too busy to help out another in need...NOT EVEN DURING A RACE. THIS IS A REVERSE TRI. RUN.BIKE.SWIM...and of course SERVE!
