IN-PERSON 10K run/5K run/5K walk:
On Saturday June 8th registration will start at 7am and the race starts promptly at 8am. Please plan to be early to pick up your t-shirt and goodie bag or pick up early on June 7th, from 4-7pm at Vision of Hope.
The awards ceremony for top winners of the 5K will be held at 8:45am and the awards ceremony for the 10K will be held at 9:30am. Participants who finish after these times are still welcome to check the awards table after they have finished to see if they have won a medal for their age category.

I've been running for over 10 years, this was by far the most challenging course I have ever run. Going down that hill is hard enough. Coming back up the hill is humbling. They charge like warriors; they scale walls like soldiers. They all march in line, not swerving from their course. Joel 2:7
Some 10K race courses are made for personal bests; and then there is this one… Challenging hills make this an arduous physical and mental route for any runner; significantly weathered chip seal roads make it even more so for barefoot runners. But so is life itself, full of the occasional difficult hill or two and the need for words of encouragement, such as those given by volunteers throughout the course. The organizers are to be congratulated for a well run event and for supporting, along with many local sponsors, a most needful and beneficial ministry—Vision of Hope.
