Halloween Monster Dash 5K/1 mile  

Sioux City Profile Plan is hosting the Halloween Monster Dash 5K/1 mile along the Sioux City Riverfront at Chris Larson Park on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costumes; prizes will be given out for the best costumes. Refreshments will be served at the Anderson Dance Pavilion after each race. 

Family Fun for all. Bring the kids for fun games, prizes, face painting, tricks & treats.

Volunteers Needed - Halloween Monster Dash 5K/1K 
Sioux City Profile Plan is hosting the Halloween Monster Dash 5K/1 mile at Chris Larsen Park on Saturday October 22, 2022. We are looking for volunteers to help with the running course and serve refreshments at the end of each race. The event starts at 9 a.m. Volunteers are needed to help from 8:00 a.m. – 11 a.m. To volunteer, please contact Heather Baker, Director of Community Relations, at 712-250-2598 or heather.baker@profileplan.com. All volunteers are welcome to wear their Halloween costume during the event.
