2023 Ironhawk Juniors Triathlon Club

Our magic unicorn has been busy, busy, busy coming up with fun and games for our Annual Ironhawk Juniors Tri Club event.

Ironhawk Juniors Triathlon Club is a FREE summer program for girls ages 7-14.

The training program will start on June 8. Weekly group workouts will take place every Thursday 6:00pm - 7:45pm at College of Saint Mary (except June 29). The group workouts will focus on swimming, biking and/or running. These workouts are for girls of ALL experience levels!! 

For any girl who cannot financially afford equipment, IHJ will provide you with the necessary equipment. As a nonprofit, we do accept donations to cover these costs. Any donation or sponsorship of a child is greatly appreciated!

Distances:

Ages 7-10: 100 yds swim, 3 mile bike, .75 mile run

Ages 11-14: 200 yds swim, 6 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
