The only recommendations I would suggest~rollout starts, fast runners, runners, walkers, and people with dogs. The start of the race was very congested and it was difficult to get a good start due to so many walkers up front. I almost fell/tripped over the same dog, due to the leash was too long and the dog was all over the trail. Post race-something hot to drink.
