Nashville Diaper Dash Race Description
Please join Music City Doulas on September 26, 2020 at Shelby Bottoms Park for the 5th Annual Nashville Diaper Dash - 5k and Diaper Collection Drive! This event includes a 5k race, 1 mile family fun run, and most importantly, a diaper drive to bring clean dry diapers to families in need in Middle Tennessee. 1 in 3 families report a need for diapers, which can prevent them using daycare services, thereby affecting their ability to work. And the cycle continues.
This event is family friendly with a bounce castle, craft table, firetruck, and more!
T-Shirts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 200 runners to pick up their packets on race day.
Schedule:
6:30am Packet Pickup Begins & Children's T-shirts, Onesies, and Tote Bags become available for purchase
7:30am 5k Starts & Adult T-shirts become available for purchase
7:45am Family Fun Run Starts
8:15am Race Medals and Winners announced, raffle winners announced
Strollers are welcome in the 5k, but we can not allow pets per park regulations.

Was a nice course in centennial park but a little confusing on the route doing multiple loops. Some good competition and was my fastest 5k yet.
