NAMI Fall Classic 5K Run/Walk for Mental Illness Awareness

The 7th Annual NAMI Fall Classic 5K Walk/Run for Mental Illness Awareness will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at the former Lafayette Municipal Golf Course, 800 Golfview Road, Lafayette.

Proceeds benefit NAMI West Central Indiana (NAMI-WCI), which advocates for support, effective treatment and education for individuals and families affected by mental illness in our community, and NAMI on Campus Purdue.

The NAMI Fall Classic is an opportunity to educate about the prevalence of mental illness, reduce stigma, and advocate for effective, recovery-based treatment.

Times:
Check-in and race day registration 12:00-1:15pm
5K run/walk (chip-timed) starts at 1:30pm
Awards presented at 3:00pm

Entry Fee:
$30 per person pre-registered
$35 per person on race day
Ages 10 & under FREE

Pre-registration will be available until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11, 2019.
Participant T-shirts are not guaranteed after October 4.

Paper Registration:
If you prefer to pay by check, please print and complete the REGISTRATION FORM and send with your check to NAMI West Central Indiana, 913 Columbia St, Lafayette IN 47901. Payment must be received by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11,2019. Another option is to pay the race-day fee of $35 at the event on October 13.

Fundraising Teams
Recognition will be given to the team that raises the most funds for NAMI West Central Indiana and NAMI on Campus Purdue. Create a team, invite friends to join, and keep friends updated on your progress through the "Fundraise" tab at the top of this page. Please note: If you plan to create or join a fundraising team, it will be easiest if you do so first, before registering as a race participant.

*Top overall male and female in the chip-timed 5K
*Top three males and females in the chip-timed 5K in the following age groups:
  19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over
