Munroe Falls Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon

Hello everyone. First and foremost I would like to say that I hope you and your families are all staying safe and healthy during these times. During times like these, I know that is everyone's first priority.

Now for the news I hate to give everyone. The 2020 edition of the Munroe Falls Triathlon and Duathlon will NOT take place this year. I have held off on making this decision for as long as I could but at this point the timing wont be there in order to put on the first class event that I demand but also that you deserve. Not to mention, we don't even know if we will be clear at that time.

Even though we are a small race, it requires a significant amount of time, backing, help, finances and logistics to pull off at the level I expect for you as the racer. To bring you the athlete a race that is anything less than top notch and extremely safe for everyone is something that I just won't do.

To everyone that has registered for the 2020 race, your registration will be deferred to the 2021 race.

You have my sincerest apologies for this unfortunate news. We truly love putting this event on for all of you and it was not a decision I came to lightly but as we all know, no one could plan for the current situation that we are all going through. We WILL be back in 2021 and will do everything in our power to make it even bigger and better than ever.

It's the 2nd annual Munroe Falls Triathlon. Due to popular demand we have also added a Duathlon!! Whether you are a seasoned veteran or new to the sport, this race takes care of everyone! With a 400 yard swim in an inland lake (that is 4-6 feet deep the entire way), a one loop bike course of 10.5 miles in the city of Munroe Falls and surrounding areas that has some rolling hills and a 2 loop 5k run course entirely in the park, this is truly a great course! The Duathlon will take place on the same course as the triathlon and will consist of a 1.5 mile run, 10.5 mile bike and 3.1 mile run.
