Join us for the More Than Enough 5K, a community-driven event dedicated to raising awareness for mental health and promoting emotional well-being. This empowering run/walk is more than just a race—it’s a movement to remind everyone that they are strong, valued, and more than enough.
All proceeds from the event will directly benefit the White Oak Academic Enrichment Program’s Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives, which provide students with critical tools to support their mental health, resilience, and personal growth.
Whether you’re running for a loved one, for yourself, or simply to support the cause, your participation helps create a future where mental health is prioritized, stigma is broken, and every individual knows they are never alone.
