Heroes will run on Saturday, May 13th. Will you? The Lapeer Comic Run, will be taking place for the first year, in downtown Lapeer this coming May. The Comic Run is a superhero-themed running event, bringing families, communities and athletes together, all with the common goal to have fun and be active while raising valuable funds for St. Jude's Children's Hospital charity.

The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
