Ironhawk Triathlon Race Description
Save the date for this exciting Olympic distance triathlon consisting of a 1.5 K (1650 yard) swim in Lake Flanagan which is located on 168th and Fort in Omaha, 40 K (25 mile) bike through the hills of Bennington and 10 K (6.2 mile) run around the lake. Map and further details will be provided as this race develops.
