Immanuel Lutheran Dash 4 DC 3k and 8k Run Race Description

A 3k walk/run and an 8k run. The 8k is a loop race through historic Washington, MO. It is a fair, but challenging course with a mix of hills and a nice flat stretch with a great view of the Missouri River. The race benefits the 7th and 8th grade students going to Washington DC.
