Honor Run 2026 Race Description
The Honor Run is a powerful community tradition returning to Matter Park this Memorial season to honor and remember the brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom. Originally founded by the Bowen family, this meaningful event continues the legacy of the Run for Freedom, supporting the SFC Collin J. Bowen Memorial Scholarship, Inc.
Join us for a 5K run or 2-mile walk along the scenic Mississinewa River, as we come together to say thank you to our heroes — past and present. Each step honors the fallen, celebrates those who serve, and inspires the next generation through scholarship and community.
