On Saturday, October 25, 2025, Healthy U Academy invites the community to lace up their sneakers and join the “Stride for Awareness” 5K Run / 1 Mile Walk at Munroe Falls Metro Park. This family-friendly event aims to raise awareness and support for the Lewy Body Dementia Association, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by one of the most complex and misunderstood neurodegenerative diseases.
