Gratitude 5K Run for Global Awareness

Request:

On behalf of Globally Minded Youth, I want to personally thank you for your participation and generous contribution. Your support will have a lasting impact on our students, helping them grow as global citizens, expand their educational horizons, and develop skills that will benefit them for years to come. Your donation takes us one step closer to providing more students with the opportunity to travel, learn about different cultures, and engage in meaningful service activities both locally and globally. We couldn’t do this without caring individuals like you!

Why necessary?

Globally Minded Youth is a student-led initiative dedicated to expanding cultural awareness and promoting global citizenship among our youth. Research shows that students who participate in educational travel are 32% more likely to attend college and succeed professionally. Be part of our mission!

How used?

Each tax-deductible donation, no matter the size, will help students participate in this year's life-changing opportunity travelling to Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Please help us explore new cultures, build global awareness, and develop confidence for future endeavors. 

10% of the proceeds will also go to Free Wheelchair Mission. The Free Wheelchair Mission is an international faith-based nonprofit, humanitarian organization providing wheelchairs for people with disabilities in developing nations who do not have the resources to obtain one, of whom the World Health Organization estimates number over 70 million.
