Glow Up for Mental Health Race Description

The Bachelor’s Social Work Organization (BSWO) is hosting our first Glow Up For Mental Health Advocacy Event on Thursday, April 5th from 6:30pm-9:00pm on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus.

The event will include resource rooms dedicated to local mental health agencies, self-care tools, HABIT dogs, and mindfulness sessions followed by an advocacy walk around campus (approximately 1 mile) with our Glow Up For Mental Health banner, glow-up gear, and event t-shirts.

Conceptualized and organized by students, this advocacy event is designed to reduce the stigma of mental illness and give back to a key provider of mental health services in the state of Tennessee.  Funds raised will be donated to the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network (TSPN).

If you would like to support this event but are unable to participate, please select the "Fundraise" button above to make a donation.  To participate in the event, please select the "Register" button above.
