Firefighters For Fitness Trail 5K Run/Walk Race Description
Held on the beautiful Retreat Trails in Brattleboro VT, this 5k trail run/walk is a must do. Starting at the base of the ski jump the trail ungulates past some ponds and brooks, keeping under the cover of trees the entire time. There are prizes for top finishers and t-shirts for the 1st 50 who sign up.
The race this year benefits the Frontline Foundations of North America. This program is for 1st responders suffering from the effects of PTSD and trauma.
There is also a fitness challenge for all to try. This challenge simulates several firefighter activities and only for bragging right for those who try.
