End of an AGE 5K Run/Walk

It is officially THE END OF AN AGE!  Saturday May 20th we will say farewell to both Amelia High School and Glen Este High School.  Help us kick off the day with the Farewell 5K Run/Walk.  This family friendly event will start at 9:00am at the Batavia Township Community Center (1535 Clough Pike).  This event is limited to the first 2,000 people that sign up!  

Everyone that registers online through 4:00pm on Wednesday May 10th will be guaranteed a commemorative t-shirt and finishers medal.  This event will take place rain or shine!  Help us say farewell to both Amelia and Glen Este and celebrate the END OF AN AGE!

DETAILS:

Farewell 5K Run/Walk - Saturday May 20th - 9:00am at the Batavia Township Community Center.  (Event limited to to the first 2,000 people to sign up).

Cost (Online registration closes at 4:00pm on Wednesday May 9th)

General Public: $25

West Clermont Students and Staff: $15

AWARDS:  All participants registered by 4:00pm Wednesday May 10th will be guaranteed a commemorative race t-shirt and finishers medal. If available, we will accept race day registration. Those who register on race day are not guaranteed a race t-shirt or finishers medal.

The top 40 overall finishers will receive a gift card courtesy of Tri State Running Company.

PARKING:  Free parking is available at the Batavia Community Center.  You can also park at Amelia High School and ride the shuttle bus to and from the community center.

PACKET PICKUP:  You can choose your packet pick up location during registration.  We will hold packet pickup on Friday May 19th from 3:00pm - 7:00pm at both Amelia High School and Glen Este High School.  Check which school you would like to pick up your packet at on the registration form.  We will also have packets available for pick up on race day at the community center beginning at 7:00am.
