Total Health Day Adventure Run & Fitness Challenge

Get ready for a one-of-a-kind fitness experience that combines fun, teamwork, and purpose!

The Total Health Day Adventure Run & Fitness Challenge is more than a race—it's an opportunity to challenge yourself while making a meaningful impact. Participants will travel through a course featuring short running segments paired with bodyweight fitness stations designed to be engaging, approachable, and fun for all fitness levels.

This partner-style workout encourages participants to work together, support one another, and celebrate every accomplishment. Don't have a partner? No problem! Individual participants are welcome and will complete modified versions of the workout independently.

Every station offers scalable movements, allowing beginners, families, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between to participate confidently. Certified instructors and volunteers will be stationed throughout the course to demonstrate movements, provide encouragement, and ensure participant safety.

Your registration does more than get you to the finish line—it helps provide life-changing healthcare through Total Health's clinics serving underserved communities in Central America. Every participant becomes part of a mission that extends far beyond race day.
