Embrace Your Pace is a 5K Event honoring all paces and levels of experience. Zephyrus welcomes you to start where you are, find your pace, and embrace yourself through movement. All proceeds of the Zephyrus Training Team and Embrace Your Pace 5K support the Zephyrus Scholarship Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit supporting men, women, and adolescents with eating disorders.
