Dino Dash- Dinah Soar Days

Calling all the dinosaurs! Fun annual Dino Dash celebrating Dinah Soar Hot Air Balloon Days! Anyone in a dino costume can participate, but to get an awesome race medal and be considered for a prize you must be registered! Check out the picture of this year's medal below! 

Dino Dash August 28th. 7:30 pm! 

-Race starts on Main Street and 100 E, near 7-11 Ranch Restaurant. Look for the helicopter on the lawn! THE TWO BLOCK RACE COURSE IS BEING REVERSED THIS YEAR! Race starts @ 7:30pm. Run two blocks down Main Street.

-TO BE CONSIDERED FOR BEST COSTUME AND PRIZES- be at the starting line by 7:15 pm. Look for Uintah Recreation flags for the starting line on Main Street and 100 E.  Best costume wins a hot air balloon ride for two (weather permitting). Hot air balloon prize will be based on costume creativity. Other prizes will be given for top costumes as well. 

-Live band!  Dress like a dinosaur! All ages encouraged to participate! How many dinosaurs can we get?! 

-IF YOU ARE A PARENT RUNNING WITH A YOUNGER CHILD, PLEASE STILL HAVE SOME KIND OF DINO COSTUME ON. WE WOULD LIKE EVERYONE IN THE DASH TO BE A DINOSAUR! 

If you would like- be a part of the Guinness Attempt for a World Record for the most dinosaurs in one place! This will take place BEFORE the race, and will be run differently than last year. Medals will be given at the end of the race. There will be tables near Grand Valley Bank (Main Street and 100 W.) Give your name to our staff to get the Dinah medal. Or find us Friday night on Main Street at the USSD1 booth to get your medal.
