Clean Air Run - 2019

Race Description

goNewHavengo & the New Haven Road Runners launched the inaugural Clean Air Run in 2016. We had 100 people register and raised over $2,200 for our work in New Haven! Now in our fourth year, the Clean Air Run, on Saturday, May 11, 2019, will be even bigger and better than ever!

The Clean Air Run is a celebration of exercise, clean air, communities, and sustainability. Our vision is a healthy, vital New Haven. Our mission is to create a culture of Active Transportation that powers Clean Air. All Run proceeds will support goNewHavengo and creating a healthier, more sustainable New Haven community.

We will, however, have water stations, recycling, and composting services at the event.

As we are promoting active and public transport (walking, running, biking, city bus, etc.) we are offering reduced priced tickets for those of you who are using active or public transportation to travel to/from the race. For those of you driving to the race (non-active transport), there is a $2 fee for ticket purchases.

Nice, small race/run/walk. Well organized, excellent cause, very good post race food (ice cream) and raffle prizes.
