Fun environment for a good cause!
I was lucky enough to run in the inaugural CHMF Healing 5k in 2021. It truly was a healing day to push the body while remembering my wonderful friend Corey. And, in the spirit of the race, take steps toward healing from all the bumpiness life insists on throwing at us. Whether you knew Corey or not, the organization supports an important mission.
