Carrera de los Muertos 5k Race Description
UNO's Carrera de los Muertos / Race of the Dead is a 5k charity race event that takes place annually in Chicago’s historic Pilsen neighborhood. Runners and walkers come together, both in-person and virtually, to celebrate Day of the Dead. The event promotes community health and wellness while raising funds for UNO's afterschool STEM program for teen girls. The post-race festival includes costumes, music, dancing and food. It's a one-of-a-kind cultural event!
