Candlelighters Superhero 5K

Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada will celebrate 39 years of service to the families of children diagnosed with cancer in the Las Vegas area. Our Superhero 5K with Chet Buchanan will be a fun-filled family event, which brings the community together in support of those families in need. The event will host food, kids zone, bone marrow drive and a raffle, all to raise funding and awareness for children battling cancer. This year’s Superhero 5K will be held at Mountains Edge Exploration Park, on Saturday, September 9th, 2017. 

Funds raised at our Superhero 5K will be used to help Candlelighters continue to provide programs and services to children with cancer and their families during their most difficult times while they battle this life-threatening disease. Services include emotional and financial assistance, as well as many special events and programs to improve the quality of life for these children, their parents, and siblings.
