C. Dan Joyner Mission Backpack 5k and Walk Race Description
It’s time again! Our 8th annual C. Dan Joyner Mission Backpack 5K race and walk is August 24, 2019 at 8:00am. We’ll gather downstairs at the AYMC before heading out to the recreation fields and Swamp Rabbit Trail. You don’t run or walk 3.1 miles? There’s a place for everyone at the race. How about the one mile walk?
Youl have children with you or your pets? That’s okay. There’s a fun run for the children and leashed pets and strollers are always welcome.
Still a no go? You can always come and visit with your friends.
This is a family friendly event, we will have bounce houses, sprinklers, bubbles, and a special visit by Peanut Butter and Jelly Man
We’ve covered all of the bases, and we hope to see you there!
