Paid for tickets through another company called Cool Events, LLC. Go to bubble run on Facebook and look at the comments on some of their recent posts and you will see that nobody got a refund and that they rarely ever hold these events, but they always cancel, then ignore you when you ask for a refund. Sounds like all they did was change their name to race entry to deceive more masses. May have more than one LLC. Run. Btw- I’m reporting you to BBB.
