Personalized, Live Race Results for Your Athletes
Race results represent a personal achievement for each of your athletes. Offering personalized race results helps your athletes celebrate and remember their finish line moment. It’s part of the race day experience you offer.
Race Entry makes it easy to offer personalized results pages to your participants:
- Finish Line Video
- Race Photos
- Social Media Sharing
- Printable Finisher Certificate
- Chip Time & Gun Time
- Free Results Hosting & Live Updates
- Searchable Results
- Timer Integrations
Individual pages are automatically created for each of your finishers and have all of the features listed above. It’s easy to enhance your race day experience with these digital and tangible items.
1. Finish Line Video
You’re already filming your finish line. Post the video to YouTube and add it to your results pages. Once you’ve added the YouTube link, you’ll add when your race started. Once our system knows when timing started, it locates and shows the finish line moment for each of your finishers.
2. Race Photos
Automatically match photos to your participants based on bib number and facial recognition. As photos are matched, they’ll automatically be added to your participants’ individual results pages. Your participants can purchase their photos directly from their results pages. People can share their photos with one click with their Facebook friends.
All you need to do is upload your photos, or ask your photographer to upload them.
With Race Entry’s system, you can add a margin to your race day photos sales. This additional fee is another revenue source for your race and can help you cover your photographer costs.
3. Printable Finisher Certificate
Customize a finisher certificate for each of your participants. Create a finisher certificate design template. Then, your participants can print their personal certificates from their results pages.
4. Chip Time & Gun Time
Race Entry’s results pages show chip time and gun time. You can use both for your scoring – you may award the first, second, and third place medals based on gun time while your participants can track their PR and improvements with their chip time.
5. Free Results Hosting & Live Updates
Race Entry hosts results on dedicated pages for each race and race year. These pages also update as your timer posts results for the most recent finishers. Offer real-time updates with Race Entry’s live race results integration.
6. Searchable Race Results
You can search race results by first name, last name, bib number, division, city, state, chip time, gun time, split 1 time, and split 2 time. With many ways to search your results, it’s easy for people to find their results quickly.
7. Timer Integrations
Race Entry is integrated with the most commonly used scoring softwares, including:
- Agee Race Timing
- ChronoTrack
