Join us for the Avery Shines 5K—a meaningful run and walk celebrating Avery’s life, honoring her memory, and carrying her light forward.

TheAvery Shines Foundation was created to turn heartbreak into hope. Its mission is to uplift others, serve communities, and spread hope through kindness. This 5K brings family, friends, and community members together to support that mission while raising awareness about mental health and suicide prevention.

Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome. Run, walk, or come alongside someone who needs encouragement. Every step is a reminder that no one walks alone and that even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference.
