Come run the Alpine Days 5K race in Alpine this August 9th at 7 AM at Burgess Park. Register by July 20th to get your T-shirt.
Please note: After July 20th, participants will only receive a T-shirt if there is a surplus.
Entry fee: Before July 31st, $15; July 31-Aug 7, $20; Aug 8 & 9, $30
Packet pick-up: Friday, Aug 8th, 7:00am-9:00am & 5:00pm-8:00pm

I can't believe that Alpine Days allowed Built to provide post race Spylt caffeinated chocolate milk and other flavored drinks. Some of these drinks have 140mg of caffeine in them. Many small children were drinking these and probably didn't realize that they were full of caffeine. Definitely not a suitable post race recovery drink and especially for children. Very disappointing.

Alpine Day’s 5K deserves better than a 2.5 star on this thing. It’s actually a pretty fire race and the amount of work the people put into running this (service might I add) people should just be more grateful.
