9th Annual Duathlon and 5k Race Description
Between June 19th and June 21st we will be hosting our Annual LCARC (Virtual) Duathlon and 5k. This event will consist of a team Duathlon, an individual Duathlon, and a 5k. ***This event has gone virtual*** The benefit of a Virtual Duathlon is that all participants will be racing individually and the race can be completed anywhere (the race route we suggested, in Mankato, on a treadmill, etc.). Since we are unable to gather in groups we will not be holding any pre-race/post race activities at the Rec Center. I hope you still consider participating and supporting the Rec Center during this unprecedented time.
Times and distance can be tracked on any smartphone running app and all individuals who complete the distance required will receive a medal.
Final times will be posted to the LCARC facebook page.
