5th annual Joana'sMiles 5k Run/Walk & 1 mile Fun Run

Welcome to the 5th Annual Joana'sMiles 5k Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run to benefit the Joana D. McKeoun Memorial Scholarship. The 5k course is a single loop on a beautiful wooded trail along the scenic Tittabawasse River. The 1 mile fun run is a single loop in the back of the park. 

RACE DATE: August 4, 2018

Pre-registration is now closed. 

Race-day registration is also available starting at 8:00 a.m. for $5.00. (Sorry, shirts are only available for pre-registered participants.)

1 mile Trail Fun Run starts at 9:00am 

5k Trail Run/Walk starts at 9:20am

All proceeds benefit the Joana D. McKeoun Memorial Scholarship. 

NEW THIS YEAR: A free pancake breakfast will be available throughout the event. Donations will be appreciated and will support the Joana D. McKeoun Memorial Scholarship!

No frills, no age group awards, but an accurately measured course, a timed race with results, and overall winner award for the male and female champion of the 5k.

Joana McKeoun passed away in 2013 after a 5 year battle with brain cancer, just 9 days after her 21st birthday. This scholarship was established to help local students get one step closer to achieving their dream of attending college - a dream Joana never abandoned and made a reality!
