2025 Rock Out Cancer Rockin' 5K, 16 Aug

August 16th, 2025

The 11^th annual Rock Out Cancer – Rockin 5K Run/Walk benefiting the OU Stephenson Cancer Center.  This event combines exercise with a "rockin" good time!  All participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite rockstar! Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the 5K and best costume.  ROCK ON!

After the race, come on over to The Landing Zone where the Festivities continue!  8 Bands!  Silent auction, fantastic food, fun, and music!

All donations and proceeds support the OU Stephenson Cancer Center, The Stephenson Cancer Center is home to investigators working in the areas of basic, translational, clinical, behavioral, and population-based cancer research.. Thank you for being part of the solution!

Timeline:

7:30 AM-8:30 AM: Participant Check-In

8:45AM: Opening Ceremony

9:00AM: Runners Begin

Parking and Check In: Parking and Check-in at the Landing Zone parking lot.

The race will start near the south side entrance of Regional Park at SE 15th St and Century Blvd.

What to Wear: All participants are encouraged to dress like their favorite rockstar!  Please make sure all costumes are family friendly.  Don't forget to wear athletic shoes - even rockstars need to be comfortable.

What to Bring: ID and/or confirmation email (electronic version accepted)

T-Shirts: All participants will receive an event T- Shirt.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the 5K and best costume!
