2021 Cal Tri Lake Monticello - 5.2.21 Race Description


2021 CAL TRI LAKE MONTICELLO - 5.2.21 is located in central Virginia only 15 miles from Charlottesville where athletes and supporters will get the opportunity to appreciate the virtually unlimited list of things to do in the heart of historic Virginia including visiting Monticello, UVa, the Carter Mountain Orchard, James Monroe’s Highland or the many local wineries.

RACE COURSE.  Lake Monticello, a 3,500 acre gated community in central Virginia, is home base for our race.   Athletes will enjoy a 352-acre lake swim, a bucolic bike ride through Abermarle County and a well supported run through the tree-lined community of Lake Monticello.  

RACE OPTIONS.  70.3 Mile Distance (Triathlon, SwimBike, SwimRun & Swim), Olympic Distance (Triathlon, Triathlon Relay, SwimBike, SwimRun, 1640 Yard Swim & 10K Run) and Sprint Distance (Triathlon, Triathlon Relay, Swim Bike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run).  There is something for everyone!
