Swim - .5K (1/3 mile): Starting at the public beach near the entrance to Paul Miller park, athletes will do a clockwise slightly rectangle swim in Little Pine Lake that finishes on the beach. Spectators can view the race from several locations on the Paul Miller Park shoreline. Life guards will be available and the course will be marked.
Bike - 20K (12.5 miles): Bike along the scenic lakes area of Ottertail County. Enjoy lake views, sprawling pastures, and low traffic. The route is a challenging lollipop, with rolling terrain that includes a couple of climbs.

The course features a paved bike trail that is off the road and lots of spectator support! There will be aid stations at approximately every mile with water and other snacks as well.
