Segments are timed: indoor swim (15 min); indoor cycle (20 min); indoor walk/run (20 min). Laps and miles are calculated to determine the top finishers. A great first time tri. Be competitive or just enjoy at your pace. Prizes will be awarded. All racers will receive a t-shirt and medal.
