WMU Virtual Turkey Trot Race Description

Virtual race for 2020 - Run your own race anywhere between November 21st and November 28th!

New for 2020 - 10K Virtual Race!

About This Event

  • The WMU Turkey Trot has gone virtual.  You can run your race anywhere (your neighborhood, local park, trail or even a treadmill).  Once you have completed the race, post your times at this link.  https://runsignup.com/Race/Results/23080 
  • Three options for registration - 
    • Just the Race (no shirt, no medal) - $15
    • Just the Shirt (no medal) - $20
    • All the Swag (shirt and medal) - $25
  • Runners will have the option to have their items shipped to them (participants will pay the shipping fee) or pick up your shirt and medal at our Packet Pick-Up.
  • Virtual Race begins Saturday, November 21, 2020

Packet Pickup Times

  • Packet pick-up on Wednesday (11/18 from 2-7 p.m.) and Thursday (11/19 from 2-7 p.m.).
  • Dates and times are subject to change.
  • The packet pick-up will be in the WMU Student Recreation Center - Indoor Tennis Courts.

Online Registration

  • Online - Deadline Nov. 20, 11:59 p.m. EST 
    • Register by Nov. 8 to pick up your race gear at Packet Pick-Up.

Awards

  • No awards for 2020.

Long Sleeve T-Shirts and Medals for Participants

  • All participants who register for the Turkey Trot by 11/08 will be allowed to pick up their shirt at our Packet Pick-Up on 11/18 and 11/19.
  • Long sleeve t-shirts options are available from S to XXXL.
    • Long sleeve t-shirt sizes of XXL and XXXL will be an additional $1 fee.

All participants will receive a finisher medal for completing the race.
